Grant County Fire District #3 is more than a fire department—we're a family. We know important life events don't always make their way to everyone who would want to know.

This form allows members to let district leadership know about significant life events affecting themselves or another member. Whether it's a joyful occasion or a difficult time, we'd like the opportunity to acknowledge it whenever possible.

Submitting this form is completely voluntary. Information will only be shared with those who need to know in order to coordinate member support.
